To meet future demands for efficient cargo handling, Port of Norrköping is strengthening its production organization.
Matilda Törnered is the new Production Manager at Port of Norrköping. She holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Transport Systems and has extensive experience in both leadership and logistics within the private and public sectors. Most recently, she served as a Manager at the Swedish Maritime Administration, where she was responsible for coordination and logistics development. Prior to that, she worked as a Manager in maintenance at Holmen Timber, overseeing vehicle workshops, electrical power, hydraulics, and automation.

As Production Manager at the Port of Norrköping, Matilda’s mission is to lead and develop the production organization. Her work includes strategic process development, streamlining cargo flows, and further enhancing a sustainable and safe working environment. She has personnel responsibility for approximately one hundred employees through managers and is part of the company’s management team, driving both operations and strategic initiatives forward.
